Symptoms of Shoulder Injury

  • Pain in the neck, shoulder, lower back and jaw (especially if lasting longer than a week)
  • Muscle spasms in the shoulder or upper back
  • Difficulty when lifting your arms above your head
  • Ear inflammation or ringing sound in the ear for no reason
  • Change in posture
  • Decreased flexibility in the neck
  • Shoulder pain that comes and goes frequently
